Toktogul dam (Kyrgyzstan)

Toktogul HPP, also known as the wonder of the world of Central Asia, is a hydroelectric power plant and an irrigation dam on the Naryn River in the Jalal-Abad region of Kyrgyzstan.

The Toktogul hydroelectric power plant has an installed capacity of 1,200 MW, making it the largest power plant in the country. It is equipped with four turbines with a capacity of 300 MW each.
